  1. Limited spots

    Class sizes are limited to ensure personalised instruction and a quality experience for all participants. Spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the deposit. Enrollment for students opting for casual payment terms is subject to class availability. While i strive to accommodate all students, i cannot guaruntee a spot for casual payment term students, especially in high demand classes. Please note if your spot is cancelled for this reason and you still have a deposit paid without having attended a class - you will receive a refund.

  2. Payments

Casual payments are welcome and can be made week-to-week, a deposit is required to secure your spot and is then deducted from your class fees - casual classes can be booked here contact Cassie to let her know when you would like to start - 0423866339 cassiegibbsart@gmail.com

Class packages - Discounted rates are available for 5-class and 10-class packages. These can be started at any time and must be used consecutively. Packages are available here please contact Cassie to let her know when you would like to start - 0423866339 cassiegibbsart@gmail.com

3. Minimum Enrolment

A minimum of 5 students is required for a class to proceed. If the minimum is not met, the class may be rescheduled or canceled, and you will have the option to transfer your deposit to another class or receive a refund.

4. Missed Classes

Please give minimum 24 hours notice if you can’t attend class.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

In the rare event that a class is canceled by the instructor, a full refund of the deposit and any additional payments will be provided, or you may choose to apply the amount to another class.

If you need to cancel your enrolment, please notify me as soon as possible. The deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the class start date.

6. Class Materials

All necessary materials for the class will be provided unless specified otherwise. Participants are welcome to bring their own supplies if preferred.

7. Health and Safety

Please inform the instructor of any allergies or health concerns prior to the class.

Participants are expected to follow any health and safety guidelines in place during the class.
